Calculating playback Audition freezes for 3 seconds

I'm using adobe audition 13.0.13.46 everything was working fine until today, when playing audio on multitrack view Audition freezes for 2 or 3 seconds and displays "calculating playback..." in the botton left corner of the screen everytime I play audio (spacebar & with display button), haven't change anything, no hardware, no software, it only does't in multitrack view, edit view works fine (fast) other programs work fine, pro tools, fl studio, sound forge, I rebooted the computer twice, rebooted the audio interface, I have previous versions of AA I tried them and they have the same problem in multitrack only.

What effects do you have applied to any tracks? That message comes up whenever a resource-intensive one is started too soon...

Thanks for the reply, well I've been using the same template for months, after reading your comment, I bypassed all plugins on all the tracks and I noticed the master track is the one creating the lattency, it's weird because it was working fine yesterday and for the last 6 months but yes, I have a chain of Ozone 8, UAD Ampex ATR 02 and waves L2 on the master.

Any reason why Audion started behaving like that today with no change in the template?

Also today I can't insert audio from the editor to multitrack, after highlighting audio on the editor and (shift+control+I) it goes to multitrack view but no audio is inserted, this is on the latest version 13.0.13.46 but works fine in Audition CC19.

I'm on Windows 10
