Hellou, please I need to ask if its possible to use Adobe Audition Sound Effects
in video game sound design ? Game will be released and sold commercially.

We've been asked about this before... The answer is that to the best of my knowledge, you can use the effects as a part of a production but you can't distribute the 'raw' effect. This applies across the board, regardless of whether it's a commercial production or not. Also, you can't claim copyright on any work using them.
