Can I add custom labels to channels in poly wave files?

When creating a custom poly wave file, channel labels can be selected from a dropdown list, but is there a way to give the channel a custom name that is not in that list?

    Not that I’m aware of… and there’s also a bug in the display that means if you alter a label, and then reassign it back to its original value, it’s not displayed at all.

    Thanks Steve. It’s not really necessary, I guess, but specific labels might help my fuzzy brain :-)
