Can not get Audition CS6 to load third party VST plugins

I'm attempting to get Audtion CS6 to load Antares Autotune plugins using the Audio Plug-in Manager.  I've added the VST Plug in folder and scanned for plugins.  I've ticked the rescan existing plugins but I'm not getting any plugins listed at all.  I've tried using Jbridge but I still get nothing.  

I've searched online but I haven't been able to find any solution that helps.  

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I'm getting a little frustrated.
