$ can someone experienced try to raise the vocal volume in an mp4? $

Hi folks, 

I am Brandon out of Dallas Texas.  I recently paid someone to record a brief live performance.

The hired person sent the video and audio file back as an MP4.  However, the vocals are not loud enough because I plugged the mic into input 2 on the PA and the mixer with all the intruments into input 1 on the PA.

The hired person  recorded video straight out of the 2 XLR outs on the mixer, thus mainly recording all the intruments superbly, but the vocals are lacking since I had plugged the mic into input 2 on back of PA.

Does anyone here think they can successfully raise the vocals in the MP4 file a smidge without comprimising everything else?  I'd be happy to pay for it.  Please email me at <email address removed> or text me at <phone number removed> if you are interested.  Im VERY new to Audition and could not seem to make my desired results happen.
