Can't activate remix feauture in Audition

Hello everyone

I want to extend a soundclip witch is 3.23 long and a MP3 format. But i can't activate the remix tool. Maybe it's because it's a MP3? I have the fullversion of Audition CC 2018. If you have an answer for that Problem, i'm really happy.

Where have to you opened your mp3 in Audition? Remix only works when you have opened an audio file as a clip on a Multitrack track. Doesn't matter that it is an .mp3 file since Audition converts everything to .wav when you open an audio file to work on.
