Can't find the screen with Waveform and MultiTrack buttons top left. How do I restore this?

How do I find again the screen which shows the Waveform and MultiTrack buttons top left?

This catches a few people out! If you hover the mouse over the centre of the top of the grey part of the screen, you'll see a little twirl-down button:

Click on it, and the view will be restored. If you can't find it, then just right-click anywhere around there, and you will get a 'maximise' option.
