Can't save my edits in Audition

As the title says, I can't save my edits using the save button. Every time I go back, the audio stays as the way before my last save. What happened!

Since you've told us absolutely nothing about what you are doing, or how, we can't really help you. At a minimum we need to know whether this is on a PC or a Mac, whether you are operating in Waveform or Multitrack, and exactly what you are trying to save - are you talking about a wav file or saving to a compressed format?
