CAN'T SAVE MY PROJECT! CAN ONLY SAVE AUDIO FILE. NO SESX

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've saved lots of projects. But...

I hit "export" and I save the file. Fine

I hit "save as" ("save" is not available) and it still just offers me to save an audio file, but not the project. I'm

attaching a screenshot... I'm using 24.4.1.3 on a mac studio running Sonoma 14.5
