Can the lower bar on the Audition Workspace window be made clickable for another way to drag it?

I work on multiple screens and, more often than I would like to admit, the top bar of my Audition workspace window ends up stuck between the two screens. Since the top bar (with x, -, +) is the only place on the window that is clickable/draggable, I have to exit the program and reopen in order to reset the top bar on screen. If the bar on the bottom were clickable (Opened in..., recording settings and time counter) it would make retrieving the window possible without having to exit the program. That would be so lovely!
