Can volume keyframes be adjusted numerically?

Is it possible, after a volume keyframe has been set, to adjust it accurately by typing in a number somewhere?

If the vertical size of the track is small, the volume increments are quite large. i.e. I can't set it to, say, -3.5 dB exactly. The only way to do it is to enlarge the track, which is cumbersome. In Premiere, the same problem exists, but Premiere offers a numerical method as well, so that I can set an audio keyframe at an exact level.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Thanks. I forgot to say that I'm running CS6, so it looks like the answer is no.
