Cancelling my adobe audition CC due to expire on 6/1/2018

Hi. My Adobe Audition CC is due to expire on 6/1/2018. I have contacted customer care support to help cancel it as I do not want my card to be unnecessarily charged once the product expires. The customer care support chat team is taking too much time to reply. Please help!

    Hi steve. Thanks for your reply. Do you know where I can address my concerns to aside from customer care support? I have seen a couple of threads on similar issues on adobe forums which is why I posted this question here.

    I realise this does not especially answer your specific question, but if you are worried about your card being charged for a product you no longer wish to use, why not contact the card issuer and make them aware that you have now cancelled your subscription and that therefore they should accept no further charge to the card?
