Everytime I load up the adobe site and try to access audition it simply says it is not compatible with my system, even though I more than meet the requirements. My specs are listed below, perhaps I am missing something?

Processor - Intel i7-9700k

OS - windows 11 version 23H2
Memory - 16 gb of RAM available
GPU - NVIDIA 3060 with 19 gb of memory available
storage - 170 gb available
display - 1920 x 1080 monitor
sound card - ASIO 2.15 downloaded
Network - Ethernet connected

The published minimum spec is old - doesn't go beyond last year. There's only one significant thing that has altered though, and that's the reuqirement for AVX2 instruction set processing. Now, I checked and your processor should run AVX2 - but if's possible that you may have to set it up in the BIOS, or even update the BIOS for it to work. So, it's worth checking that out and persevering. I wasn't so lucky, and ended up having to replace an entire machine before I could get the latest Audition releases to work. The AVX2 issue is made quite explicit on the Premiere minimum requirements page, but despite it also appearing to be the case for Audition, it hasn't made it onto the minimum requirements page yet.

Updated my BIOS and checked to make sure my system is compatible with AVX2, yet for some reason nothing has changed, I still get the message that my system is incompatible 😞

I should also note that I get the same message for other adobe products such as photoshop and premire pro, so maybe this is a larger or more generalized issue with adobe itself on my system.
