cant find my serial number

I purchased my CS6 a few years ago I can not find my serial number under manage acount, invoices ets.  It was downloaded directly from Adobe on line so I do not have a product box.  Can anyone help me  tcrgiants@yahoo.com

Unfortunately we as fellow users can't help with lost serial numbers. The only people who can are Adobe Customer Services.

However it seems a bit odd that you can't find it in your Adobe account as you bought it online. If you log in to your Adobe ID page click on the Plans and Products box. On the next page that appears it should say Products on the right side of the page. Then you should be able to 'View your products' to find your serial number.
