Capture noise print doesn't work the first time.

This has happened in CC 2017 and 2018. When I select small section of audio for noise reduction, then go to Noise Reduction process, it acts as if there was no capture of noise print. I try to capture noise print the second time and it works. The rest of the time Audition is open, there are no issues. Only when Audition has been closed and reopened does the capture noise print not work the first time.

There was a bug at one point I seem to remember whereby the Capture Noise Print didn't always work first time if you did it from the menu first without opening the NR effect. I believe that it was down to the default value for the FFT size being set too high by default. When you successfully have the NR effect pane open set the FFT size down to, say, 4096 and close the effect Hopefully it will then be set to the lower value in Audition's preferences and, hopefully, work properly again next time you use Audition.

Thanks! That did the trick. Every time Audition opens now, I don't have to capture the noise print twice and add that time to my edit.
