CC 2017.1 keeps crashing at startup

Hello,

Since 2017.1 i can't startup the app. I reinstalled couple of times, remove preferences, regedit, appdata and nothing helped. That was on my Windows 10 Home with the newest updates.  Last time I bought brand new Dell Inspiron 7567 with 4K option, Windows 10 Pro and even there it was still crashing at startup. So it's an app fault.

How do I fix this problem and have Au run normally?

I'll just add that, unlike a lot of software, the Audition developers really DO check the crash reports and get back to you.
