CC: Plugin for creating waveform data as JSON?

Hi,

using Audition v13, Win10:

is there a plugin for Audition to export the waveform data as JSON – esp. for using it for https://wavesurfer-js.org/faq/ ?

Or is there another option/progam for creating these JSON files?

 

Or: is it possible to export waveforms as graphics with Audition?

No, none of that, I'm afraid. Audition is essentially an audio editor.

... I've known CoolEdit and thus Audition for years, but other so-called editors have options you wouldn't trust an editor with... – so that was my hope 😉
Unfortunately it did not come true 😞

 

The End: a plugin is too limited for exporting images and for exporting simple text files with JSON data? – I did not know that either ...
