Center on Marker

I just fresh installed windows and audition. For some reason when I go to next marker, it doesn't center on the marker, it positions it so the marker is at the beginning of the waveform window.

If I change the scrolling to centered it works, but I need page scrolling. Is this a bug or an easy fix that I'm missing?

Thanks,

W

It looks like I updated to 2018 when I updated my OS while I was using 2017 on my old system, as it had this feature. Bummer, that was much quicker and efficient to navigate.

I guess I'll submit it as a feature request.

It's neither - that's the way it's intended to work. If you want to see what's immediately before the marker, then a very quick flick of the mouse wheel will show you more. Generally people don't have trouble with this, or if they do, they alter their working practices and keep quiet about it!

I'm perfectly happy with it the way it is, but, if you want you can suggest it as a new feature - Audition: Hot (171 ideas) – Adobe video & audio apps

Can you please explain 'page scrolling' in this context?

Page scroll as opposed to center scroll, as found in Preferences>Playback.
