Changed computers, new boot drive, Audition 5 not working as a different drive letter

I had to get a new computer with a new boot drive. So my version of Audition 5? (CS6) is on a different drive letter now and won't work. When I try, it says the adobe application manager required to verify my license is damaged or missing. It tells me to go to adobe.com/go/applicationmanager but that link just takes me to https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/desktop-app.html

so...I really need my version to work because I spent so much time creating my own filter. I think that's what you call it. When you create something that has several filters rolled into your own.....filter I guess it's called.

What can I do to get my version working?
