Changing Sync Folder Location not working

A colleuague of mine is about to share a large Folder of work ( around 70 gB)  more than i have room for on my internal SSD drive. I've tried to move the location of the Folder undo the Syncing menu but when I do I get these error messages.

Any help gratfully appreciated...
