Cleaning up soft voice audio

I have audio from a recording of a two sided conversation over Zoom. The two people are talking over zoom but just recording their own video and audio. One of the video files has some faint audio coming through the person's ear buds. I am attaching a short clip of the audio, you can hear the person breathing and then faint audio of the other person on the other end of the Zoom call. Is there any way to go through the whole audio file and silence any audio that is under a certain level?

More specifically, go to Effects>Amplitude and Compression>Dynamics and put a check in the Autogate option. Now, when you preview your audio you should be able to adjust the threshold setting to get rid of just the bit you don't want. Make a selection of just the noise, put it into loop playback and gradually increase the threshold until the noise just disappears completely. This should leave everything else intact. All the other settings should be left as default, so that's a fast attack and hold, and a 100ms release time. Select the entire file, apply the Autogate with these settings, save the results and you should be good to go. To play safe, don't do this with the original file, but a copy - that's always good practice.
