Clearing out voices in recorded interview

Hallo

I'm new in here, and i'm just gonne try my luck here.

My brother had an interview with a company, where he recorded it using the build in recording software in windows.

The thing is, in this recording you can hear my brother.

But the company being interviewed not so much.

I have been trying all night to find a way so you at least can hear the voices from the company.

But the only thing i hear is something like static noice, or some unclear audio.

Before i'm telling him the bad news, i wanna have some more skilled person with audio editing.

To tell me if there are anything to be done here.

He need this for he's exam, therefor i'm willing to pay (Using paypal) for anyone who can make it usable (not sure if it even allowed to ask for this kind of help here, but are sure hope so).
