Clip transparency

Is it possible to make the above clip a bit transparent in clip overlay so I can see trough. This has been possible in Soundtrack Pro. This feature makes it very easy to ajust beats of two clips exactly.

No, I'm afraid you can't alter clip transparency, although I can see the attraction of being able to do it.

Since it would be a feature request, may I suggest that you repost it here?
