Combining an existing session with a new OMF

Hello community,

First of all I am relatively new to using Audition, and I have switched to using it for the audio post production work and sound mixes i do on videos.

The problem I have encountered, is that i have recently started a project with an OMF and video from a client, but now there is a new version of the video edit, which includes a new sequence. I want to know if there is a good method of being able to easily transfer the new OMF with audio and video into my already existing audition session, which i have done extensive mixing and sound post in already...

I'm trying to think of what might be the best way to go about this? Would be great to know if anyone has answers
