Continuous static clicking

Hi, I need to clean the audio track, unfortunately, it was recorded with strange static.

I've tried DeClicker and it sort of works, but not perfectly. And since this is a continuous, repetitive clicking, I thought there may be another way to do that.

There appears to be a very large amount of background noise, a lot of which is 50Hz mains buzz with a lot of harmonics. So first try the DeHummer effect using the 50Hz and Harmonics preset. That should get rid of most of the 'spiky' bits. Adjust the Harmonics Slope for best result.
