convert transcribt video texts to audio (text to speech)

hi there, I have transcripted video text and I have exported this text in two formats to the text file and to PRTRANSCRIPT

I want to know how can I convert this text to speech I have tried audition but I want to know how can I make audition spill the word in his specific seconds as in the original video so i don't want to face a delay in the audio 

can di want to make the audio also close the human voice

 anybody can share some solution regarding what I have mentioned
