Question

Cool Edit Pro and Adobe Audition wont start or open.

when I click cool edit pro, it just loads but won't pop up,
Audition is not compatible too.
Cool Edit Pro is working in these past few months,
It just immediately happens unexpectedly.
The app will open if you restart your pc, but after you closed it, it won't open again just like on the video below.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall but still the same!
What should I do?

Did you try resetting the preferences as @ryclark suggested?

CoolEdit did not work for me neither after I upgraded Windows 10 from version 1909 to 2004. It seems Microsoft stopped automatic updating as more problems were encountered (I had  few more too). Restore to version 1909 and you should be all set again

First thing to try with Audition is to hold down the Shift key whilst you double click on Audition to open it. This will set all Audition settings back to the default which may clear the problem. Another indication of what may be wrong can be seen from the messages showing on the splash screen as Audition starts up. Unfortunately your video isn't clear enough for us to be able to read what the final message was before the error pops up.
