Copying session templates to new workstation

I have been given a new computer by the college   (good news/bad news)

I want to move all my session templates from the current adobe over the the NEW adobe on the new machine ( and frankly also my home computer)  

my files should all be saved on the Google Drive, so finding them should be good,   but how can i move those Session templates to the other adobe auditions that i work on and would like to be consistent/seamless
