Corrupt Session Error - Huge Issue

Several times when trying to go back to a session and pick up where I left off on saved work I've received an error screen and the program has had to shut itself down. Very frustrated with having to start work over from scratch each time the program fails to open a saved session file.

Help please.

Maybe it's time for an addition to the FAQs since this now seems to be a recurring problem.  No one seem to check other threads for identical problems and the answers given.
