Crash Recovery Not Working Anymore - Audition CS6

Windows 7 Professional 32 bit

Lenovo - Intel (R) Core (TM) i5 CPU 540 @ 2.53GHz

8 GB Ram

At some point in the last few months my system recovery stopped working.  I can still find the new recovery files that it is storing but when I restart audition it does not give me the option of recovering the data after a crash.  It just opens up a completely new session/file.    Can anyone help me figure out how to turn this back on?  I cleaned up my temp folder to make sure that I wasn't out of room.
