Crashing all the time

Good morning,

It's June 12, 2017, I have the latest update (release mid May) and I'm trying to use Audition to clip a big track into small tracks, and the program has a 50% chance of crashing if I use markers and export everything at once. If I try to select an area and "Save selection as..." the program crashes every 2 or 3 repeated operations of doing so.

Also, when I try to Match Loudness on a batch of files, the program crashes. Simply cannot do it.

This is unsustainable, in my view, this software is not usable unless Adobe releases a fix.

Here's my system:

macOS Sierra 10.12.3 (16D32)

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)

2.9 GHz Intel Core i5

8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3

Intel Iris Graphics 6100 1536 MB

Using Harvest plugin for time tracking and using Dropbox. Turned both on and off in an attempt to fix it, but the problem persists.
Pro Tools and Soundforge work just fine with both plugins on and batch processing these files.

Thanks

You need to do what it says in this link - although it makes most sense to post the results directly to audbugs@adobe.com rather than here.

    Audition Crashed.  Now what?

Thanks SteveG. I've been using the automatic Adobe crash report that opens up after the program crashes, but at this rate there must be 50+ crash reports from me from the last two weeks.

That's still helpful, but the direct correspondence as Steve suggests helps prioritize us looking at the issue since we can't always figure out what's going on from the Adobe Crash Reporter application, and we may have additional questions.

The Adobe Crash Reporter application helps us prioritize crashes that affect the most number of users
