Creating speech from other voice audio

Does Audition havwe the ability to create speech from other audio? Here is what I mean...I have an mp3 of my father in law speaking. I would love to be able to create a message to my wife using his voice as they were very close. It would be special to her. Does Audition have that capability? Like something to analyze the mp3 and create a speech profile or something?

Here's the info on Project VoCo but, as Steve says, it doesn't seem to have gone anywhere.

No that facility doesn't exist, and neither will it. Something similar has been at least partially developed and then shelved, as it could easily be used for illegal purposes. My understanding is that Adobe's legal dept won't stand for it. And quite frankly, I agree with them.
