I am trying to download CS6.After I download the 2 files, I open the smaller file, and it goes thru part of setup, then stops and I have nothing.

    I suspect that you'll need to contact Adobe Customer Support on this.  We're a user to user forum and this could well involve information we don't have like serial numbers, accounts and so on.
