CSV Marker kills RAM?

Hey!
So interesting problem and I hope someone can help.
I try to voice a video but I keep running into problems with my RAM filling up until Audition crashes. As far as I can tell it has something to do with the csv markers I imported.

Since I do voice work I had a SRT subtitle file that got converted into a CSV marker file. As I found out, the markers are causing problems but I don't know why or how to fix it.

Here is what I do:
- I create project
- create multitrack
- load in a video file of 1 hour (750mb)
- load in markers
- click on the marker to jump to the right position
- record
- RAM goes up with every recording and does not drop again

I tried the same process but without importing the markers and the RAM does not fill up. I would really prefer working with the markers though since that will make my job way easier.

Any idea what the problem could be or how to fix it?
