Hello,

I have this online stream I recorded and now I'm curious, as you know, in radio shows they often repeat some phrase or word that's been prerecorded and then they mix it in between the songs. For eg. "The best radio out there!". So I'm curious, is there any way to find all the sentences that are matching in one single recording, similarly how I would search for a sentence with a CTRL - F function in for eg. MS Word. Is there any way do to a CTRL - F on audio? As i need to find out how many time per stream they say this sentence.

Thank you!

-Daniel

No you can't do that with audio I'm afraid. The only way is to listen to the audio file. However with practice and experience you might be able to recognize the phrase visually in the Spectral Frequency Display in Audition.
