Ctrl Scroll Shortcut question

Hello my friends!

So, sometimes when I hold CTRL+scroll wheel in my multitrack it zooms in, which I like. Other times, it just expands the size of the track height.

I don't like having to slide up to the scrubber bar to zoom and lose my place in the edit.

Can I get it to zoom in while CTRL+Scrolling over the tracks all the time?
