Cursor Advancing in One Second Increments

Updated to 13.0.8.43 yesterday and now the curser is no longer advancing in a smooth motion. It is ticking ahead in one second increments. Audio playback is smooth but editing is a pain with this thing not operating properly.

Thoughts?

This sounds like the Hardware Acceleration setting causing confusion again... Go to Edit>Preferences>General and find the setting (fifth checkbox down) and if it's checked, uncheck it. Or vice versa. Then restart Audition and try it and see if its behaviour has improved...
