Damaged audio (distorted)

Hello. Few days ago I was at the concert and recorded video but later I found out that it sound terribly distorted (from 0:13 sec) It sounds like "dank memes". Is there any way to fix it? https://drive.google.com/file/d/16AF1K0a39Det94i7kIauQGD68yqqvpwy/view?usp=sharing
