Deactivate & Reinstall - Audition CS 6

Question

I am going to need to do this soon for a new computer.  My copy is a stand-alone disc, and was not bought as part of a full CS6 (something I do not need or want).  So, can I just deactivate, reinstall, and reactivate,  and not be required to join into the subscription model?

As far as we know as users yes that should work as long as you have the appropriate serial number for your disc. If there are any problems you should be able to access your serial number on line by going to the apps management page in your Adobe account. Don't worry that it always appears to talk about CC, all the serial numbers for my versions of Audition from 3 onwards appear in my account.
