Delay when recording

Hello 

I wanna record mutiple tracks 

Voice over voices. 

But i get the Latency, i am aware why its there. In audacity (a free recording app) there is a latency compensation which i set on -325 ms and it solved my problem. now the tracks match all the time when i listen again.

Does this not exist in audition? Cause i dont want to recude anything else to make this gap smaller and i think it will always stay to big. (i do have an AI + mic)
