DELETE SILENCE DIAGNOSTIC AS A FAVORITE OR BATCH ACTION

Hi all... Just wondering why delete silence is not avail as a batch action??? If it is, can someone help me out with getting it to work? I have a few thousand music files I need to remove head and tail.
