Delete silence scan not working

A few weeks ago I encountered an issue with the Delete Silence process.

I have tried many different settings to define silence and audio, I do "Find levels" and then "Scan" but then nothing happens, there is absolutely no list that appears with the silences.

I have since then done this manually but I'd like to know if there's a known workaround for the future or if I did something wrong? I'm on Windows.
