Different Outputs after Effects?

Hello, I'm sorry if this is a dumb question but i'd Like to know if there is a way to get 2 outputs after applying effects? Like say you use acapella and it gives you the version with lessened instruments. I was wondering if there is a way to also get the "version" where it contains only the stuff that was removed.
