Digital "blips" in playback?

This is a whole new thing - I've been using AA for many years with this exact setup, and suddenly this issue.  The only difference is that the speaker isn't me - I'm engineering.   And - I don't hear this while monitoring live!!

Please review the :07 sample attached.

Can you supply an example as a wav file? MP3s are notoriously crap when it comes to diagnosing anything...

Oh - additionally- I've recorded myself at least 10 times since this recording was done a week ago, and am not having any problems on that playback!
