Directory could not be created

I have been editing on my computer for a while now, but when I put my microphone to record sound I got the message that 

"Drectory could not be created, please check validity of directory path or parent directory or permission rights." 

I have changed my place of saving, I seem to have adminitstration rights, and ive followed all the solutions ive found online so far but nothing has helped.
