Disappearing Presets

My mixing presets keep disappearing. I backed up my computer to a hard drive about a week ago, and all my presets turned up missing. I thought it was a one time fluke, so I saved a few new ones. They are gone again, and even all the default presets are gone. Please help me im so stressed. I tried updating, reinstalling and going into the program files to run the presets manually but it kept giving me an error
