Does Audition have "Maintain Pitch while shuttling" like Premiere does???

In Premiere Pro CC, you can jog/shuttle fast without the audio pitch changing much if you have that feature selected "Maintain Pitch while Shuttling" in Preferences. Can someone help me find this setting in Adobe Audition? I'm having trouble locating it. I can't imagine Audition wouldn't have it given that Audtion is an audio program. Also, in Audition I used to be able to jog/shuttle in customizable increments, like you can in Premier ("Step Forward/Back Many"). But it looks like that feature was removed in Audition, or am I mistaken? Thanks in advance for any help with these issues.
