Not a lawyer but we've been down this road before..

You are allowed to use these loops and effects as part of any project you're doing whether commercial (monetised) or not.

The one big restriction is that you cannot distribute them as standalone effects or loops (i.e., in effect start your own library).

Yes, that's absolutely correct. I think that what fools a lot of people is that they read the conditions attached, and simply don't believe that Adobe could be that generous!

But I have it direct from the lips of the creator of most of the Loopology content (which was originally created in Cool Edit Pro by Syntrillium) that he's never received a cent in royalty payments, and simply doesn't expect to. Generous, or what?
