Duplicated voice on a audio recoring. There's a way to fix it?

Hi guys, what's up?

So, i was doing a voice over record last night and for some reason the file had a duplicated voice (just like a echo, but "messier"). My first tought was that one of the channels was dalayed and i just need to replace, but there's only one channel with audio info, the other one is completely noise.

Redo the recording is for now off the table, because it was a low bugdget project...

I took the liberty to attach part of the recording. Thanks for the attention for now and please help me.

Yes, unfortunately the echo is so fast and loud there is no way to remove it that I currently know of.

There is some hiss on your recording track too so perhaps using the Noise Reduction or DeNoise tools will help when you re-record too.

Well, I'm afraid that redoing the recording is your only option - you've identified what is wrong, and there's no software on earth that can get rid of a rapid repeat echo like that. What you need to find out first though is what's caused it...
