Question
Edit default Audition markers names/numbers
I am regularly frustrated by Audition's locked-in name format for Markers: [Space]00 –
- First of all, what is the [Space] for? What purpose does it serve?
- Secondly, if I have over 99 markers, I want to be able to export them (to .csv) in a numbered sequence, and other software will have [Space]100 before [Space]02 (because of course, the [Space] makes it alphabetic, not numerical!)
- Thirdly, while sequential numbering is automatic (that is good: after creating Marker [Space]39 the next one is automatically number [Space]40), when I have 100s of them & need to shut down after [Space]350 & come back tomorrow, Audition resets to [Space]01!!! And I can't very simply set the sequence to begin at 351 (or even [Space]351)!
I could do this decades ago already in SoundForge.
Am I missing something? Otherwise, how can I do this and when will Adobe make this very simple ergonomic adjustment?
